Kirby Klosson

Executive Vice President/COO, Strategic Warranty Services

Kirby Klosson is responsible for the implementation and management of non-insurance-related inspection and warranty programs through a nationwide staff of dedicated SWS inspectors, quality assurance specialists and warranty administration professionals.

Kirby began his career in 1978 as a property adjuster for a regional insurance carrier in California. When he joined Crawford & Company in 1990, he began working closely with several manufacturers to define and document their inspection protocols and train Crawford's staff throughout the United States in the unique requirements of those programs.

Kirby has implemented and managed a wide range of inspection and administrative programs involving plumbing, roofing, siding, decking, and similar products for manufacturers under national class action settlements.

Kirby holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Berkeley.
